VAGUS NERVE
Work from the brain down starting with Vagus nerve function. Cranial nerve number 10 (Vagus Nerve) influences gut blood flow and digestion. You must have an optimal vagus nerve to have a healthy gut. If you don’t own cranial nerve 10 you will not own the gut. How the vagus nerve impacts gut function. Why guts don’t work if brains don’t work? Brains and guts go together. STOMACH ACID
Adequate stomach acid. This is the first step in gut health. Food must be broken down in the stomach to be used by the body. If it’s not broken down, the immune system will increase inflammation breaking down the gut lining. Poor vagus nerve function causes low stomach acid. If you don’t have enough stomach acid you will always have gut inflammation. We will teach you how to assess it and balance it.
LYMPHATICS
Clear lymphatics. 80% of your immune system lives in your gut and most of your lymph does too. That’s no accident. The lymphatic system is the most important and neglected system in the body to help you heal. It’s part of your immune system and vascular system of blood flow.
DIAPHRAGM
Resetting the diaphragm muscle. Breathing moves organs and organs must move to function well. Breathing also moves lymph and blood flow in the abdomen. Poor breathing leads to poor gut function.
GUT-LUNG AXIS
Lungs and guts share microbiota. Bacteria. Blocked lungs can impact gut flora which makes a difference in how well they function. Guts need diversity in bacteria. Lack of diversity in the gut bacteria increases inflammation from biofilm (think shelter for toxins) and the likelihood of leaky gut syndrome.

A – This class is taught live by Dr. Perry. The class is recorded and all persons registered will receive indefinite streaming access to the recording 24-48hrs after the live event has been completed.
Q – Will I receive lifetime access to the class materials and are the videos and slides available for download?
A – Yes, you will have indefinite access to the class materials. All videos are available for streaming only. Slides are available for download.
Q – Is there a max capacity for this class?
A – Yes, enrollment to the course maxes out at 100 students max capacity.
Q – Will I be able to receive medical advice or personal recommendations based on my own health challenges?
A – We will be doing a question and answer portion in the class where we will answer general questions. Dr. Perry can speak in generalizations and give guidance based on the individual and how the educational materials in the discussion would apply. However, Dr. Perry cannot diagnose or treat, read lab tests, or recommend individuals’ supplements or medications.
Q – Will I receive a certificate for this course?
A – We send all participants a certificate of participation, approximately one week post the live event. Upon registration, please be sure to enter your name the way you’d like to see it printed on your certificate.
Q – Does this course qualify for CEUs (Continuing Education Credits)?
A –We do not offer or guarantee CEUs but we will provide a certificate of participation that you can use to petition your respective organization for credit. Organizations may or may not grant CEUS at their discretion.
